For AGENCY Service:
- After claiming the ad accounts, the customer will have 05 days to prepare and set up your
campaigns. If the ad accounts are idle for more than 05 days, they will be taken back and
the customer will be fined 40$ for each idle ad account.

The minimum balance the customer needs to top up to get an ad account is 1000$.

When an ad account/ social account/ page is restricted, it will be replaced according to
these conditions:
- Social account/page: will replace for free.
- Ad account: If the customer’s average spending is higher than $1000, it will be replaced
for
free. Otherwise, the customer needs to pay 15$ to have his ad account replaced.
- When an ad account is restricted/banned, we will only appeal if the customer requests it. We
will stop the campaigns once we KNOW that the ad account has been unbanned.
If the ad account remains restricted or banned, we will inform you and replace your ad
account if you meet the requirements.
Please understand that when the customer requests us to reactivate the ad account, it means
you are prepared to have the ad account reinstated at any moment. Once the ad account is
successfully reactivated and we KNOW about the situation, we will turn off the campaigns and
notify the customer. At that point, the customer is responsible for checking their ad
account and adjusting the campaigns.

Your remaining budget must always be higher than your daily spending budget. We take no
responsibility for the consequences if the customer does not send the budget in time.
